Container condition, cleanliness and odour are checked before stuffing. Moisture barriers, kraft liners or desiccants are used when specified by contract.

Lot identity, sampling and grading requirements are coordinated according to the contract and available inspection arrangements.

Stowage layout, weight distribution, securing and seal requirements are planned to the contract. Loading photographs or inspection records may be arranged when agreed.

Food-compatible liners and pest or moisture controls are selected when required. Certificates are coordinated where applicable and issued by the relevant authority, laboratory or supplier.

Frozen seafood commodities such as pangasius require dedicated refrigerated reefer equipment set to precise contractual temperature levels.

Technical salts and agricultural fertilizers require product classification, available safety data and cargo-appropriate stowage planning. Acceptance remains subject to carrier and route requirements.

For reefer shipments, pre-trip inspection, set-point confirmation, temperature logging and terminal handover records are coordinated as contracted.

Carrier acceptance, equipment availability and required regulatory documents are confirmed before booking.

Commercial Invoice and Detailed Packing List prepared to buyer instruction.
